Privacy Policy
In short: Murlandia collects no data about your child or your family. No accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Everything that happens in the app stays on the device.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the “Calenduy: Murlandia” app for iPhone and iPad (the “app”). The developer is Dmitrii Ziablikov. Privacy questions: support@murlandia.app.
2. What data we collect
None. The app does not collect, share or sell personal information. It has no:
- sign-up, accounts or log-in;
- advertising or advertising identifiers;
- third-party analytics, counters or tracking;
- access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos;
- chats or communication with other people.
The app does not send data over the network and does not contact our servers.
3. What is stored on the device
So the child can pick up where they left off, the device stores progress: completed levels, fish and stars, the cat’s outfits, room items, routine tasks and the grown-ups’ settings. This data never leaves the device and we have no access to it.
If device backups are on, progress may be included in a backup under Apple’s rules. You can erase progress with “Start Over” in the grown-ups’ section or by deleting the app.
4. Reminders
Reminders from the cat stay off until a grown-up turns them on in the grown-ups’ section. They are local notifications created and shown on the device itself, with no server. You can turn them off there or in iPhone Settings.
5. Purchases
If the app offers purchases, they are handled entirely by Apple. We receive no information about the buyer. The purchases section is behind the parental gate.
6. Children
The app is made for children and follows the App Store Kids Category rules. We do not collect personal information from children — under 13 (COPPA), under 16 (GDPR) or at any age. The grown-ups’ settings are protected by a parental gate.
7. Parents’ rights
Because we receive no data, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or delete on request. If you have any questions, write to support@murlandia.app and we will reply.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If the app ever handles data differently, we will update this policy in advance.
